2.3 Alpine Auto Supply REV_7950536671311_1 Terry 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z This little amp packs some serious power, do not let the size fool you. Even though mine has to go back as there is an issue with the high pass/low pass selector switch on one side of the amp. I was able to test with the other side. Let me tell you this little amp is loud pushing JBL component speakers. Another interesting fact, it is NOT made in China, rather Brazil! I'm so impressed that I ordered a second one. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps TS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7950536671311_2 KC 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Best Amplifier Company on the planet, bar none. When Taramps say it is rated at this many watts, you better believe you're getting that and more, usually way more. This TS 1200 put a serious hurting on my 12 inch JBL's, the same I was pushing with a Memphis rated at 4000 watts. This Taramps woke them up and made them dance. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps TS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7950536671311_3 | Es muy bueno, producto y bello perfecto para las bolsitas de cumpleaños, lo recomiendo 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Powerful and reliable! It’s compact, efficient, and delivers plenty of clean power for my speakers. The sound is clear, the build quality is excellent, and it has been completely reliable during regular use. One thing I really like is how much performance Taramps packed into such a small amplifier. If you’re looking for a powerful full-range 4-channel amp that doesn’t take up much space, this is an excellent choice. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-2000x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps DS 2000x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-2000x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949252427855_2 Rickey Lutz 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z The amplifier powers the speakers nicely One thing that would've been nice is better packaging. my Rockford fosgate speakers (their brand) is almost 600$, I’m very happy I can get amazing sound with this little guy for a fraction of the cost. One shame is it doesn’t come with terminals to connect your wires to it, glad I had spare ones. Be ready to install bass blockers if you plan on upping the gain on your speakers because these push serious power to your speakers! https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-400x4-black-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps TS 400x4 Black Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-400x4-black-car-audio-amplifier REV_8096240173135_2 Ken Tanaka 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z I had to finally replace my trusty old Rock RA 2.55 old school amp These are super rare, Zed made by Cadence in the 90’s. It was running the tweeters in my Morel Tempo Ultra 3-way + ID12 v3/d2 sub setup. The Taramps 400.2 is super compact, it can fit anywhere! Reviews show these to do almost rated power…at 1% distortion! Great frequency range and low THD specs. Super easy install, only odd thing to a dinosaur like me was the common?/bridged? speaker output wiring! All went well and fired ip just fine. Set the gains low and the tweets are happily playing on channels 1&2 at 4ohms. Plenty loud. Keeps up just fine with my Zuki Eleets 4ch (more rare old school!) and Sundown amps. :) No noise or hiss, plenty of power. Great value for the $$! If you need a super compact, powerful, bridgeable 2ch/4ch amp at a great price point do not hesitate to get you one of these! https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-400x4-black-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps TS 400x4 Black Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-400x4-black-car-audio-amplifier REV_8096240173135_3 Tyler Hagner 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Installed this in my Kenworth dump truck because my kenwood headunit would start overheating after only a couple songs at max volume. I had this thing playing for 12+ hours the other day and it hardly got warm. The amp is compact and you could mount it just about anywhere. The terminals are kinda confusing because it shares + and - posts but there is a lot of diagrams online. They are also pretty tight so it’s hard to find terminals that fit. I have Rockford 4x6 and 5.25s wired for 4ohms and used an oscilloscope to set gains and I’m beyond happy. Sound quality is next level over just using head unit power and also picked up a little more bass but the mids and highs are just loud clean and crisp. 10/10! https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-400x4-black-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps TS 400x4 Black Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ts-400x4-black-car-audio-amplifier REV_8096240173135_4 Tyler Hagner 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Installed this in my Kenworth dump truck because my kenwood headunit would start overheating after only a couple songs at max volume. Installed in my vintage Porsche 911, hidden in the passenger foot board. Works perfectly. Sounds great for what it is. Driving 5.25 KS kickers in the front and a set of old school Boston Acoustic 5.25 two plate speakers in the rear. Cleaned up the sound, gave me much needed headroom and overall made the system sound like new. LP crossovers helped immensely as well, making sure not to overdrive speakers. And the best amp you can buy for the money. it's also very compact for being a 5k RMS. extremely powerful. And the sound quality on my music is just perfect. if you're going to power, this amplifier do not run it unless you have either in a high output alternator or a XS power battery that will support at least $3 to 5,000 Watts. otherwise the amp will go in to protect mode. + you will lose almost half of your power on stock electrical. do that and this will be the loudest best amp money can possibly buy for the wattage https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-md-5000-1-ohm 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps MD 5000 1 ohm https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-md-5000-1-ohm REV_8096246693967_2 Iceberg 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Nice powerful amp.Im running it on 2 skar evl 12.I was running them off 1800 watt kicker but the kicker would get hot and cut off in about 30 minutes on high levels but it would cut back on in 2 or 3 minutes but with this teramp amp.I haven't had that problem and i didn't upgrade my electrical system but I do have a very expensive battery under the hood.So far so good. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-md-5000-1-ohm 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps MD 5000 1 ohm https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-md-5000-1-ohm REV_8096246693967_3 Summer 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z As of now we love the amp we had a little shipping issue contacted Amazon and they had a replacement sent to my house the next day! Nice clean sound from the drivers and the sub hits hard. Glad I found about Taramps from Williston Audio Labs on Youtube. Big D Wiz hasn'"'"'t tested this amp but he tested other models and was impressed with their rated output power. No bs here, just a good little amp for a simple budget system. If I was find a negative it would be the auto on function of the amp if there is no remote power from the reciever, I found it it would shut down the amp on some songs where it thought there was no speaker output. I just ran a trigger wire from my factory deck to resolve this issue. There aren’t very many 3 channel amps out there and compared to the price of those amps this was an easy choice and it’s definitely better then I expected. I made this player for some Amish friends of mine so they can play it in there buggy with a 12v battery that they already use in the buggy and they were amazed at how good it sounded compared to the ones they make. I’m in the process of making another one now but this time I’m going to use a 10 inch subwoofer instead of an 8 inch and I’m also going to get infinity 6.5 inch speakers cause they are 2.7 ohms instead of 4 ohms so it should be louder with those and should have more bass upgrading from an 8 to a 10 I’ll post another video of the new one when it’s done to compare them. Definitely recommend if your doing something like I did. However one of the channels did not work so in to the trash with that. I had already purchased 4 4” speakers so decided to look for a 3 channel amp. The sub channel runs 2 15” speakers I bought when I was kid 53 years ago. They still sound good. They are wired together at 4 ohms. The box is a bass reflex type with the speakers mounted at an angle. The 4” speakers are in a two chambered sealed box and wired to 2 ohms. This little amp is perfect for this set up. It has a bass boost that I don’t need to use. Plenty of bass. The terminals are small but you don’t need heavy gauge wire for this so it works. There is no level control so you will need a inline level control for your input. I’m running mine about half but it’s in a 2006 Ford Ranger so it doesn’t take a lot to fill it with sound. I have a slight ground hum that can only be heard when nothing is playing. I will add a filter. Outgrew my taramps bass3K and went to the Stetsom 5k (decent amps) but wasn’t super pleased with it so I returned it and purchased this MD 4K. These bigger subwoofer amplifiers love power… I’m running oversized agm primary battery, zero gauge OFC big four upgrade, 350 amp Apex alternator, and a 3.5 farad capacitor. Put it with a kicker 10 inch 150 watt powered sub and it sounds good at any volume even full volume. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_2 cristal 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Great amp for power doesn’t sound go just bare amp make sure to buy the dsp if you the best sound quality https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_3 Concentid4 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Perfectly packed and is amazing for the muaic https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_4 Quintarrius Wight 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z The best amp I bought for my horn and highs https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_5 cosmond F. 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Excellent https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_6 Rhonny Ventura 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Ecselente https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_7 pedro luis jimenez 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Poder https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_8 Javier 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Good https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_9 Kendry villalobos 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Good https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_10 jhonatan 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Me llegó y en el tiempo indicado está perfecto el paquete bien envuelto y perfecto, no lo he probado todavía pero en estos días instalo y veo gracias al vendedor. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_11 Luiscar Cespedes Almonte 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Era justo lo que esperaba, muy buen rendimiento https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949370687567_12 Amazon Customer 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Súper todo bien https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS TARAMPS_265 Taramps DS 1200x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-1200x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949382910031_1 Emily 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z This thing is SMALL. Like about the size of a CD case. Puts out great clean power that rivals amps much bigger. However, know what you are buying here. This amp has virtually no signal processing. It does have a HP/AP/LP filter, but there is no cutoff adjustment. That'"'"'s means you have to have good upstream processing from either a DSP or Aftermarket head unit that gives you good control with equalizers and crossovers built in. Otherwise it sounds very "raw." It puts out what you put into it. Many of the other more expensive amps have a lot of adjustments you can make, making them more suitable to just casually dropping into your car. This strips all those fancy signal processing features to make it tiny and inexpensive, assuming you will have those features elsewhere. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps DS 440x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949382910031_2 Stephen 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z I’ll be honest — I didn’t expect this much out of such a compact amp. Hooked it up to a set of JBL 6x9s and they got LOUD. Crystal clear, clean power, and it stays cool while doing it. No fake numbers here — this thing delivers exactly what it says and then some. The footprint is tiny, the install was simple, and it pushes real power without killing my electrical. For the size, price, and performance, I couldn’t be more impressed. If you’re on the fence, don’t be — this little thing is a monster. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps DS 440x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949382910031_3 Channing n. 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z I'"'"'m running this amp to my highs and honestly right off the bat, I was shocked at how small the amp is. It had me a little scared of how the power would be out of it but this thing is great! The small size of it makes it nice to be able to tuck away and not be taking away space from anywhere to have it. The sound quality is nice and clear, and I'"'"'m only running it at around 60-70 watts. Only thing I would say is don'"'"'t go to big on the wiring kit. Maybe keep it to around a 10 gauge kit because the connections are somewhat small. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps DS 440x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949382910031_4 Dave 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z For the size and cost WOW!!! I have this in my work van. Its running channels 1 and 2 stereo at 2 ohms and a 8" Rockville in a ported box Channel 3 and 4 Bridged at 4 ohms. I'"'"'m using hipass on 1 and 2 low pass on 3 and 4. I was small enough i was able to fit it under my radio in the dash. After install i was satisfied with sound. i ran into some clipping issues but i can not blame that on the amp at least not as of yet. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps DS 440x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949382910031_6 Robert 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Tiny little thing that delivers a punch! Sounds good for 99% of setups, unless you'"'"'re a audiophile with an ultra quiet car, you'"'"'ll never hear the subtleties in the difference of a car amp A/B Vs D class. Despues de instalar el amplificador, pongo el volumen en 4 y el sunido es mas fuerte y con mas fidelidad que antes. Ademas el amplificador es bastante pequeño, lo que hace que su instalacion sea facil y practica. 100% recomendado. https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier 5 TRPS TRPS Alpine Auto Supply Taramps DS 440x4 Car Audio Amplifier https://alpineautosupply.com/products/taramps-ds-440x4-car-audio-amplifier REV_7949382910031_8 ÊNIO 2026-03-01T00:00:00Z Gostei muito!!!
